These Website Terms apply when you access or use the Structured Space Cleaning website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate quote, booking and service terms may also apply to cleaning services. If there is an inconsistency, the written quote or booking terms accepted for the service will apply to that service, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Website information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but content is general information only and may change without notice. Images are illustrative. Service availability, inclusions, timing and pricing depend on the property, condition, location, access, staffing and the details confirmed in writing. Website content is not professional legal, financial, property or health advice.
3. Quotes and bookings
Submitting a website form is a request for a quote and does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when SSC accepts it and provides confirmation. Quotes are based on the information supplied and may be revised where the property, condition, access, scope or requirements differ materially from what was disclosed. Any expiry date, deposit, minimum charge, surcharge or special condition will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation.
