Referral Program
Referral eligibility, discounts and fair-use conditions.
1. Eligibility
The referral program is available to existing SSC clients in good standing and new clients who have not previously booked or received an SSC service. A referral must be identified before or when the new client requests a quote or makes their first booking.
2. Existing-client reward
After the referred client completes and pays for their first eligible service, the referring existing client receives a 10% discount on one future eligible clean. The discount applies to the cleaning service component only, unless SSC states otherwise, and must be used within the validity period communicated with the reward.
3. New-client reward
The referred new client may receive a discount of 15% to 20% on their first eligible service. The exact offer depends on the promotion, service, location and booking conditions current when the referral is accepted and will be confirmed in writing before booking.
4. Conditions
Referral discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, backdated or combined with another discount unless SSC agrees in writing. Only one referrer may be recorded for each new client. Minimum service values, exclusions or expiry dates may apply where disclosed. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, duplicate or self-referrals do not qualify.
5. Fair use and changes
SSC may verify referrals, correct errors, withhold rewards where program misuse is reasonably suspected, and amend, pause or end the program. A change will not remove a reward already validly earned, except where required to correct fraud, error or unlawful conduct.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The referral program is promotional and separate from any remedy or compensation owed for a service issue.
